Re: Region D playoff schedule

If TW wins it will be them unless Haysi drops there last 2 games and the Tenn teams that TW played win get 2 more rider points than the KY teams Haysi played In which case Haysi would be the #4 seed......If TS wins and TW loses then TS will be the #4 seed.....If BOTH TS and TW lose then Castlewood will be #4 or possably #3 if Haysi drops there last 2 games

TS took a hit and Tw picked up a point with Cumberland Gap winning in TN last night and Battle getting beat by Northwood hurt TS.

PV got some help by Lee beating VA High, two points we kept away from Lebanon.

Lee over Va High is a bit of an upset what happened in that game?

    Re: Region D playoff schedule

Not sure I'd call it an upset. Lee wasn't 3 TD's worse than Lebanon, that should have been a much closer game, like it was in the 2nd half. There's a little more to that one and seeing it would help in understanding that, haha. The past two games have reinforced that. Against VHS, Lee lined up and controlled things with their running game like they did against GC, PV, and some others. Had 355 on the ground, Graham probably had 200 some. They were ahead 27-7 early-midway through the 4th.

Richlands' win also helped PV out. The way it looks now, if TW beats St. Paul and Tazewell beats Lebanon, PV should have the third seed. If TW doesn't win, then they need either a Kelly or Burton win, or both to win, depending on the outcome of the Haysi/Lee game (a Lee victory would help them there). Of course a Giles loss (which would actually help PV), Honaker over Tazewell, or something else could change things too I'm sure.

    Re: Region D playoff schedule

In a nutshell,to simplify, Lebanon uspets Tazewell (a tall task) and they'll get a bucketload of points and lock in the #3 seed. GO BULLDOGS!!!!! Now I have to hope that JJK chooses to play their playoff on Saturday. If we go Friday night,I'm at work, but this ol' boy will gladly sacrifice some shuteye to catch it before work Saturday (are you listening JJK? )

TW will have zero problem with SP and lock up their seed. They deserve it anyway, having beaten TS.
